IH Belgrade was proud to be part of the annual International House World Organisation Directors’ Conference this year, held in the beautiful and sunny city of Valencia, Spain, and warmly hosted by the Españolé Ih Valencia language school.
IHWO Network of Schools
There were representatives from 110 International House World Organisation member schools. A true multicultural event that created valuable opportunities for networking, exchanging best practices, building new partnerships, and gaining fresh perspectives from colleagues across the world.
Topics covered over the Conference
- Over the three-day conference, we had the opportunity to reconnect with fellow IH Directors and exchange ideas on examples of excellence within our schools, the future of our industry, innovations, and effective sales strategies.
- We also attended a series of inspiring workshops focused on lean methodology, AI, and how schools and teams can successfully implement and make use of AI in their work.
- Another highlight of the Conference was a motivating plenary session led by a Spanish Olympian, who shared valuable insights on leadership and teamwork.
- We concluded the 2026 IH Directors’ Conference in true style with a wonderful dinner overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
IH Belgrade school is grateful to everyone involved in organizing such an inspiring and enriching event. We look forward to continuing to learn, collaborate, and grow together within the International House World Organisation network of schools.
