Dear all,
Our partners from ‘The English Book’ welcome you to join the professional development seminars for English language teachers in Niš and Novi Sad titled ELT in Focus: Innovation & Collaboration.
When and where?
The seminar in Niš will take place on 28 February 2026 at the Centra za stručno usavršavanje, (Pariske Komune bb), while the seminar in Novi Sad will be held on 7 March 2026 at the Fakultetu za pravne i poslovne studije dr Lazar Vrkatić (Bulevar oslobođenja 76, Novi Sad).
Both seminars will begin at 10:00 am, with registration starting at 09:15 am.
IH Belgrade Special Lecturers
The lectures will be delivered by Simon Harris and Jack Smiddy – experienced British teachers, attending as representatives of the International House Belgrade language centre, a proud member of the IHWO network of schools.
The seminars will present topics related to new technologies that can be used in teaching, as well as ideas for encouraging teamwork and collaborative learning among students. Participants will also have the opportunity to try a VR headset and experience part of the exciting virtual scenarios live.
The participation in the seminars is free of charge, however, the number of places is limited.
